Odd/Even parking in effect as snow storm blasts Ithaca

first_img ITHACA, N.Y.—The City of Ithaca announced Wednesday that odd/even parking is in effect for the night of Wednesday, Dec. 16 at least. It will be announced when odd/even is no longer in effect.The policy is in place so that plow trucks can more easily navigate the streets of the city around parked cars. Here’s a primer from last year about what odd/even parking means.
